A little history:
The BBC Media was partnered with Pierre Omidyar’s Luminate to do Bidens censorship work thru a program called the International Fund For Public Interest Media (IFPIM). USAID paid tens of millions to IFPIM.
And Luminate also utilizes NARRATIVE CHANGE to BUILD POWER and for social justice. And is also anti populist.
Most importantly it also was created to go after big tech!

Now this is where Samantha Power promised to go after big tech and social media for disinfo utilizing the IFPIM with Luminate and BBC Media as partners.
