The House Oversight Committee just declared every Biden executive action “null and void.”
Yes – all of them.
Their case: too many orders, pardons, and proclamations were signed not by Biden, but by an autopen – the robotic signature device used by presidents for decades.
The Committee’s calling it a constitutional fraud and demanding a DOJ probe by AG Pam Bondi.
Chairman James Comer says senior aides “took the Fifth” to hide a cover-up, and even wants the D.C. Board of Medicine to investigate Biden’s doctor for “concealing his true condition.”
No court has ruled on this. No law says autopens are illegal. But this isn’t about law – it’s about legitimacy.
The GOP is arguing the U.S. has been run by staffers with a pen on autopilot.
If they’re right, it’s an unprecedented constitutional crisis.
If they’re wrong, it’s a political stunt dressed as a coup.
Either way, America’s asking a question no democracy should: who’s really signing the orders?
