Mrgunsgear is an awesome follow on Telegram. As he says “I’m a graduate of the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Center and I’ve served in the USAF as well as the US Army and have experience on a pretty wide variety of small arms.” He’s also a fellow many in the military stay in touch with even now while Afghanistan is exploding.
Well, he posted the below video on what we may want to focus on now – the families who got the knock on the door by the Marines or the Navy last night.
What’s most revealing about his message is that the Marines who are working day and night and day night to secure and evacuate Americans and Afghani’s are the youngest of the military…the 20 somethings…the line infantry men and women. These are young men and women who are holding the line at the Kabul Airport in Afghanistan.
As he says “Biden’s failed Afghanistan withdrawal plan has failed and Americans have paid the price. At the same time, our brave Soldiers & Marines have performed heroically and we all owe them an eternal debt 🇺🇸” We here at the T-Room couldn’t agree more.
