President-elect Donald Trump announced on Saturday his nomination of Brooke Leslie Rollins, a Texas native and long-time advocate for American farmers, to serve as the 33rd United States Secretary of Agriculture.
Rollins is currently the president and CEO of the America First Policy Institute, an organization founded in 2021 to advance policies aligned with former President Donald Trump’s agenda.
Prior to this role, she served as the acting director of the United States Domestic Policy Council under President Trump from May 2020 to January 2021, succeeding Joe Grogan and preceding Susan Rice.
