Lots of meetings among Europe’s diplomatic corps has been holding meetings with Russia’s Lavrov, while Turkey’s Erdogan and Israel’s Netanyahu have met with Putin. It looks like a ‘Puppet State’ is being discussed in the Raqqa area of Syria where U.S. troops are working along side of the Syrian Defense Forces.
