In huge breaking news that could change everything, CBS reporter Catherine Herridge reported on Wednesday that Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, told her that foreign entities interfered in our election.
Ratcliffe reportedly said “there was foreign election interference by China, Iran, and Russia in November of this year.”
This is hugely significant because, as attorney Sidney Powell stated last week, in 2018 Trump signed an executive order pertaining to foreign interference in an election that would empower him to see every voting machine scrutinized.
How would he go about enacting such a directive?
It would need to come from the Director of National Intelligence.
The executive order states that “not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.”
Well, on Wednesday, Herridge reported that the DNI does, it appears, have reason to trigger such a response from the federal government.
When asked by CBS’ anchor, “What did Ratcliffe say about election fraud and interference?”
Herridge replied, “Well DNI Ratcliffe leads the 17 intelligence agencies and he has access to the most highly classified information that is held by the US government.”
She continued, “And he told CBS News that there was foreign interference by China, Iran, and Russia in November of this year and he is anticipating a public report on those findings in January.”…
