Executive Summary: In Part I of this series we republished an article written and published here in September 2023 which provided an introduction to the “Non Election System Secret” with a focus on BPro which was purchased by KNOWiNK. This piece co-written by Erin Clements and Jessica Pollema provided an introduction to these systems in use in elections across the country.
In Part II we republish another article written and published here in September 2023 noting the ability of election staff using KNOWiNK systems to override election results.
In Part III today we report on another article published here in March 2023 describing the TotalVote module that is part of the BPro/KNOWiNK family of election modules that allows the backdating of election records.
This report was developed by election experts in New Mexico and Hawaii with special recognition to Attorney David Clements and his wife Erin.
Election Experts in Hawaii discovered that the TotalVote election system used in the state can backdate election records. This isn’t all that it can do.
We reported on the TotalVote election system in Hawaii which was connected to the Internet, was not certified, and can backdate election records.
There is much more to this story. It is much deeper than proving Hawaii’s voter rolls have backdated election entries. We learned from experts in Hawaii that all the suspicious entries were added with a single computer.
