Patrick Byrne revealed Smartmatic’s original systems were built around an office in Belgrade, Serbia nearly 20 years ago. From there, results could be changed remotely after all the ballot stuffing and local fraud.
“It is their ace in the hole,” @PatrickByrne said. “If their candidate still does not win, they flip the switch from Serbia.”
@GenFlynn was told directly by insiders in Europe who admitted “We have been manipulating elections for 20 years in 72 nations.”
Serbia’s hub used @Huawei tech, tied to Venezuela’s rigged elections, and later embedded into Dominion, ES&S, and Hart. Russia and China both knew about it.
Byrne says the @CIA itself spread these systems worldwide starting in 2009. Through a @GeorgeSoros -linked NGO in Arlington called CEPS and funded by USAID, billions were spent installing Smartmatic-style machines in 26 nations.
Within 2 to 3 years, every country shifted left. Byrne says 72 nations total have been affected, some by the CIA and others by China.
“The CIA worked with Venezuela and hacked 2020,” @PatrickByrne said.
@DNIGabbard delivered a classified report on this to @POTUS . She is allegedly under heavy pressure to whitewash parts of it, but Byrne expects a redacted version to be released soon.
@realMikeLindell has also just confirmed that an important report will be released to the public to review and spearhead the movement to secure elections.
