Israeli military spokesperson Daniel Hagari said that Israel detected 20 rockets that crossed into the country from Lebanon, adding that an anti-tank missile was detected crossing into Israeli territory towards the Meron area.
Hagari said that a number of the rockets were intercepted by Israel, but added that there was damage detected at an airbase in Meron.
Hagari’s statement added that the military is now attacking Hezbollah targets inside Lebanon.

At least 576,000 people in Gaza, roughly, are just a step away from famine, a senior UN aid official told the Security Council on Tuesday.
The official added that “if nothing is done, we fear widespread famine in Gaza is almost inevitable”.
