Ritter gives Putin’s rundown from recent public speeches of the territory Russia’s striving to take away from NATO’s threats — 150 kilometer buffer to include Odessa, Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk. Russia will not stop until its military has achieved securing that buffer.
