A federal judge has issued an order to block Democrat Joe Biden’s “unconstitutional” plan to use $4 billion in taxpayer money to pay off the debts of farmers – provided they aren’t white.
Biden’s program seeks to pay up to 120 percent of black, Hispanic, Asian, or Native American farmers’ debts.
However, the move was slammed as racist and 12 white farmers sued the Biden administration claiming it discriminated against them.
Wisconsin Judge William Griesbach has now issued a temporary restraining order to halt the loan forgiveness program Biden put in place.
The plan failed to provide adequate examples of recent hardships imposed on farmers from minority backgrounds, Judge Griesbach said in his ruling.
