On September 12, the U.S. Transportation Command published the official data on the U.S. military aid to Ukraine. According to the report, Washington has supplied 140 artillery systems and 660 thousand shells and missiles to Ukraine since February 2022.
In addition, the Kiev regime received:
- 41 thousand man-portable antitank guided missile launchers;
- 1.4 thousand MANPADS;
- 38 radars;
- 10.2 thousand machine guns and pistols;
- about 63.8 million cartridges for small arms;
- 18 patrol boats;
- 15 helicopters.
According to the U.S. Department of Defense, more than $14.5 billion in assistance has been committed to Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian military operations in Ukraine. The lastest, the 20th drawdown package was announced on September 8. It was valued at up to $675 million. The package includes, among other things, more munitions for HIMARS, four 105mm Howitzers with 36,000 accompanying rounds, additional high-speed anti-radiation missiles, and 1.5 million rounds of small arms ammunition.
The official data includes U.S. military aid since February. However, Washington began supplying weapons to the Kiev regime long before Russia entered into the military conflict in eastern Ukraine.
