The Canadian woman accused of sending President Trump a ricin-laced envelope also penned a threatening letter telling him to “give up and remove your application for this election,” according to court papers.
Pascale Ferrier, of Quebec, allegedly called the deadly delivery “a special gift” to the president, and referred to the chief executive as “The Ugly Tyrant Clown,” court docs filed Tuesday say.
“So I made a ‘special gift’ for you to make a decision,” Ferrier allegedly wrote. “This gift is in this letter. If it doesn’t work, I’ll find (a) better recipe for another poison, or I might use my gun when I’ll be able to come.”
According to the FBI, Ferrier mailed six other letters that “contained similar language” to law enforcement officials in Texas, where she had been jailed last year before being deported back to Canada.
The US Attorneys Office in Buffalo said Ferrier will have her initial court appearance Tuesday afternoon.
