If PropOrNot published a fake alt news list, why are alt news sites sending their readers to the suspect website?
I find it hard to believe that solid, reputable alt news sites are promoting and driving their traffic to this bogus PropOrNot website the Washington Post is promoting. Since when did the Post become the gatekeeper of what websites are safe to visit? We don’t know diddly about this group or their site, yet every alt news article I’ve read embeds hyperlinks to the site. That’s crazy.
Until more is known about the site, don’t visit it. The bogus list of reputable news sites this shady group has posted can be found at well established alt news sites including those The T-Room is listing below.
Lastly, Greenwald writes “In casting the group behind this website as “experts,” the Post described PropOrNot simply as “a nonpartisan collection of researchers with foreign policy, military and technology backgrounds” – doesn’t this description remind you of the 50 U.S. State Department ‘experts’ who wrote a Memo to Obama demanding he use U.S. military forces to invade Syria back in June of this year? Then, they were described as anonymous ‘disgruntled diplomats’.
There’s a pattern here. Pay attention. Surf Smart…
