Investigative Journalist’s Michael Shellenberger and Matt Taibbi, along with their teams of writers and editors at PUBLIC and Racket News substacks, are doing what journalists across the media landscape should all be doing – reporting on the Biden administrations relentless efforts to shut speech they don’t like down in this country.
On Thursday of this week, Shellenberger and Taibbi returned to Capitol Hill to testify before the House Judiciary’s Select Committee on Weaponization of Federal Government. Recall, it wasn’t even a year ago when these two journalists reported before the same committee on the massive censorship operation happening at Twitter through their #TwitterFiles investigation.
Allegedly, now that Elon Musk has taken the helms of this public square, censorship has ceased. Time will tell.
Not to be thwarted in their efforts to shut our speech down, a whistleblower has come forward to expose the Biden administrations latest effort called Cyber Threat Intelligence League, or CTIL that is now influencing “multiple official projects, including those of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).” And just like last year’s hearing on the federal government censorship the Democrat’s show just how unhinged and looney they’ve become with their rationalization in defense of shutting down what you and I have to say. They’ve shredded all legitimacy as it relates to this violation of the American’s rights to speech.
