⚠️ According to reliable information, militants of Ukrainian armed formations in Artemovsk, Donetsk People’s Republic, have mined the dam of the city reservoir, which they plan to blow up, after which the Kiev authorities will accuse the Russian Armed Forces of allegedly indiscriminate strikes on hydrodynamic hazardous facilities, following a well-established scenario with extensive spread in the Ukrainian and Western media.
▫️If this inhumane provocation comes true, residential neighbourhoods with a population of over 35,000 will be in the potential flood zone.
▫️In addition, once the water leaves, the life-support systems (water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment plants) may be damaged, leading to a drastic deterioration of the sanitary and epidemiological situation.
❗️We warn the international community and international organisations in advance of an impending provocation that could result in civilian casualties.
▫️Once again, it should be emphasized that during the special military operation, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation do not strike civilian objects.
