Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden said he won’t reveal his opinion on expanding the Supreme Court until after the election.
Speaking to reporters on Thursday, the former vice president said, “You’ll know my opinion on court-packing when the election is over.”
“It’s a great question,” he said. “And I don’t blame you for asking it, but you know the moment I answer that question, the headline in every one of your papers will be about that other than focusing on what’s happening now. The election has begun. There’s never been a court appointment once an election has begun.”
Biden has repeatedly refused to give his opinion on the topic, saying that if he did, it would “become the issue.”…
