Two Centreville High School students say social worker Carolina Díaz secretly scheduled—and the school secretly paid for—abortions at Fairfax Healthcare Center without notifying their parents, in direct violation of Virginia’s parental-notification law.
One girl, then 17, underwent the procedure after Díaz allegedly swore her to silence; a second, five months pregnant, fled the clinic after being told she “had no choice.”
Both minors name then Principal Chad Lehman as approving the plan and school funds as covering the costs, raising potential criminal charges for coercion and misuse of public money.
If these allegations hold, Fairfax County Public Schools has transformed from educator to clandestine abortion financier—using taxpayer dollars to erase parental rights and strong-arm frightened girls behind a bolted door.
This isn’t “health care”; it’s state-sponsored child exploitation.
Every official involved should be hauled before a grand jury, every receipt subpoenaed, and every parent in Virginia should demand to know how many of their daughters were funneled through that locked clinic door while families were left in the dark.
